JACKSON HEIGHTS TOWNHOUSE​

This small lot in a dense urban neighborhood had enough acreage to allow the Owner to replace her sprawling “empty nest” house with a small apartment building, giving her a comfortable new home while incorporating two additional apartments for income. 

 

The masonry façade echoes the traditional buildings types of the neighborhood, while metal cladding and projected windows offered both economy of construction and an updated design.
