NOLITA LOFT

This spacious loft is designed for an active and growing young family, organized into open flowing public spaces for gathering and entertaining, flanked by intimate spaces for quiet family time.

 

A custom horizontal-grain oak “spine” runs the length of the loft, separating public areas and bedrooms.  It houses and conceals a wet bar, powder room, kitchen appliances, laundry, storage, closets, and library.

 

It also conceals lighting, mechanical and data systems, designed to be as invisible as possible and are concealed in adjacent soffits and beams. 

 

The program includes Kitchen Dining and Living areas, Media and Game rooms, a Master Suite with double walk-in closet, Jack and Jill suite and a Guest suite, as well as a discrete en-suite for a live-in nanny just off the entry to the loft.
